How ordering works

Pickup and delivery hours, cutoffs, ready times, and holds — everything a crew needs to plan around an order.

Placing an order

Who can order: Approved wholesale accounts order online at contractor pricing (30% off list). Request access with your EIN; approval usually takes one business day.
How it works: Add items to your cart, choose pickup or delivery, and enter a card at checkout. Your card is saved securely with Square and is only charged after our team confirms the order, stock, and any delivery fee.
Minimum order: No minimum order today. If that changes, it will be posted here first.

Pickup hours: Same as store hours — Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM. Closed Sunday.
Ready time: Orders confirmed before 3 PM are ready within about an hour. Orders confirmed after 3 PM are ready the morning of the next business day. You get an email the moment your order is staged.
Where: Landscape Systems Garden Center, 1823 Keller Parkway, Keller, TX 76248. Check in at the wholesale yard with your order number.

Delivery days: We deliver on the same days and hours we are open — Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM.
Order cutoff: Orders in by 12 PM (noon) can go out for next-day delivery. Orders after noon are scheduled for the following delivery day.
Delivery fee: Delivery is quoted per order based on the load and location. Our team confirms the fee with you before your card is charged; it appears as its own line on the order.

Holds: Once material is pulled or tagged for your order we hold it for 48 hours. After that it goes back into stock unless we have heard from you.
Changes and cancellations: Need to change quantities or cancel? Call (817) 431-9490 or email orders@landscapesystemswholesale.com before the order is confirmed. Refunds go back to the card on file.
Stock accuracy: Quantities on the site sync from our yard every morning and refresh through the day. For very large orders, confirm availability with the team first.
