When you use this site we collect what you give us: contact details on the contact form, business information on wholesale applications (company, address, tax documents), account details when you sign up, and order history when you buy. We also collect basic usage information (pages visited, searches) to improve the site.

Card payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes directly to Square and is never seen or stored by our servers — we keep only a reference token, the card brand, and the last four digits so our staff can identify the card on your order.

We use your information to run your wholesale account, review applications, fulfill and confirm orders, respond to messages and photo requests, and send transactional emails about your orders. If we ever send marketing email, you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that make the site work: Square (payments and inventory), Clerk (secure sign-in), our database and hosting providers, and our email delivery service. Each processes your data only to provide their service to us.

The site uses cookies for sign-in sessions and basic analytics. It works without marketing or advertising trackers.

You can view and update your account details in the contractor portal. To request a copy of your information or ask us to delete your account, email orders@landscapesystemswholesale.com or call (817) 431-9490 — we will respond within 30 days. We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
