Wholesale pricing, live inventory counts, and online ordering are available to approved trade professionals only. We review every application and may approve, decline, or revoke wholesale access at our discretion. Keep your login credentials confidential — activity on your account is your responsibility.

Submitting an order through this website is a request, not a completed sale. Our team reviews every order to confirm availability and any delivery fee. Your card is charged only after that review, and we will send a confirmation when it is. Until your card is charged, you may cancel at no cost by calling the yard or replying to your order emails.

Payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number on our servers.

Live nursery stock changes daily. Inventory counts and prices shown on the site come from our point-of-sale system and are updated throughout the day, but they are estimates until our team confirms your order. If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we will contact you before charging your card. We may correct pricing errors on the site at any time.

Orders can be picked up at our Keller yard or delivered to your jobsite. Delivery fees depend on distance and load and are confirmed with you before your card is charged. Please inspect all material at pickup or delivery — see our Return Policy for what to do if something is wrong.

Plants are living products. Once material leaves our yard, its survival depends on handling, planting practices, site conditions, and care that we cannot control, so plant material is sold without a survival guarantee unless a warranty is stated in writing on your order or invoice. We stand behind the condition of material at the time it leaves the yard — flag any concerns at pickup or delivery.

Texas sales tax applies unless we have a valid resale or exemption certificate on file for your account. Provide your certificate during wholesale application or by emailing it to orders@landscapesystemswholesale.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability on any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as project delays, replanting labor, or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Tarrant County, Texas. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
